When you use ABN Dashboard, we may process a limited set of data necessary to provide, maintain, and secure the service.

When logging in via Discord, an OAuth mechanism is used, through which the application may receive basic profile data such as Discord ID, avatar, username, and, under certain conditions, an email address.

We currently do not use advertising or marketing cookies.

ABN Dashboard uses Discord login to authenticate users.

During this process, Discord may provide the application with certain profile data, such as:

ABN Dashboard does not control how Discord processes the personal data in your Discord account. For more information on how Discord processes data, please review Discord's own privacy policy and terms.

5. Cookies and sessions

ABN Dashboard uses cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for maintaining login, platform security, and the user session.

Session cookies are used to authenticate the user and preserve the logged-in state.

The session may be stored for up to 7 days, unless terminated earlier through logout, technical expiration, or security measures.

These cookies are primarily intended for the technical operation of the site and user authentication. We do not currently use additional analytics or advertising cookies. If additional cookies or tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

ABN Dashboard may offer both free and premium access.

8. Data retention

We retain data only for the period necessary for the operation of the service, platform security, and the relevant functionality, in accordance with the storage limitation principle.

If a user requests deletion of their data, or if this is provided for by the platform's functionality, personal data stored by ABN Dashboard may be deleted or anonymized, unless there is an applicable legal basis or legitimate interest for limited further retention.

Limited technical information may temporarily remain available in logs, backups, or infrastructure systems for a limited period, when necessary for technical, security, or operational reasons.

We may periodically update this policy to reflect changes to the site, login system, infrastructure, providers, premium features, or applicable legal requirements.
