ABN Dashboard is an independent online project that provides an interface for managing the Nexus by ABN Discord bot.

The service is maintained by a team of individuals and is provided "as is", without any guarantee of continuous availability, complete accuracy, or permanent functionality.

2. Acceptable use

By using ABN Dashboard, you agree to:

3. Account and Discord login

Access to parts of ABN Dashboard may require login via Discord.

ABN Dashboard does not currently process payment data directly. If external payment providers are used in the future, the relevant terms will be described separately.

We strive to keep the service stable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

• Cloudflare – for DNS, reverse proxy/CDN, protection, and tunnel connectivity
• Discord – for authentication and related identity services

7. Intellectual property

The content, design, text, structure, and software of ABN Dashboard are protected under applicable law.

You are not granted any ownership rights to the platform or its code, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use substantial parts of the platform without appropriate permission, except as permitted by law.

8. User content

If the platform allows submission of content, information, or requests by the user, you are responsible for ensuring that such content does not violate the law, third-party rights, or these Terms of Service.

We may remove, restrict, or block content that violates the rules, creates a risk, or hinders the normal operation of the service.
